Fava Ceramics
Fava Ceramics is a ceramic studio whose work shares something essential with ours: a commitment to the made object, a preference for pattern over restraint, and a deep suspicion of the merely adequate.
We invited them to create ceramic collections coordinated with our tablecloths — not matching, in the way that matching is boring, but responding. Each ceramic piece is designed in dialogue with a specific Dote pattern, finding the shapes, glazes, and surfaces that belong at the same table.
The result is a table that has been considered. Not styled. Considered.
